Hi there! I'm Tayler, a certified life and ADHD coach committed to helping people with ADHD take back control of their lives and truly thrive. I've always been fascinated by the human mind, which led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arkansas State University in 2016. Shortly after graduating, I moved to Prague, Czech Republic, to train and work as an English teacher. Eight years later, I now split my time between Prague, and the United States, working with clients across the globe to empower those navigating the highs and lows of life with ADHD.
My journey to self-discovery with ADHD came in my late 20s, a time when I was finally able to make sense of the challenges I had faced for so long. For years, I struggled not only with ADHD symptoms, like executive dysfunction and emotional dysregulation, but also with anxiety and depression—challenges I later discovered were linked to my ADHD. Learning about ADHD not only helped me gain control over my life, but it also allowed me to understand my own challenges more deeply and harness my strengths. This journey inspired me to become an ADHD coach dedicated to guiding others through their unique paths.
With four years of coaching experience, I've had the privilege of working with dozens of clients from all walks of life across various areas, including health and wellness, ADHD, and life coaching. My coaching areas of specialty include:
• Executive functioning
• Mental health support
• Goal setting and follow-through
• Alcohol elimination and reduction
• Self-esteem building
• Holistic health and wellness practices
• Stress management
• Neurodiversity support
With each client, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise, offering tailored support, a strengths-based approach, and a deep understanding of how nuanced life can be with ADHD.
Living with ADHD isn’t always easy, and I know how hard it can be to navigate life’s ups and downs with the added challenges it brings. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others understand, accept, and embrace their remarkable minds, just as they are. My goal as a coach is to help clients build the tools, skills, and self-esteem they need to not just survive, but to thrive with ADHD. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, develop strategies that work for your brain, and create a life that aligns with who you truly are.
Through my practice, I offer not only 1:1 coaching but also group coaching, educational packages, and community spaces where clients can connect with others who understand their journey. I believe deeply in the power of education and community and know how valuable it can be to share, support, and grow alongside others with similar experiences.
